I don't think on both sides holds water; if it did remainers would have been storming Parliament during the 'debate' on the trade deal last week. The more realistic scenario for action would have been if a second referendum, which seemed attainable in autumn 2019, had overturned 2016. The more so if remain won but didn't surmount the 17million leave got in 2016.
The two or three entirely peaceful People's Vote protests with hundreds of thousands of participants were exemplars of peaceful demonstration.
