I suspect that Biden's best thinking days are probably behind him. But remember Reagan; he was popularly supposed not to be the brightest spark, but he turned out to have pretty good judgement. Presidents have people to do the detail for them.
Trump has zero judgement and even less empathy, only instinct and his malignant narcissism. It's hard to imagine anybody less suitable to be President. Nothing could be as ridiculous as Trump publicly trying to direct the research into COVID treatment. I hope this never dies -

Somebody should look into what he has done right, and how did it. By the law of averages he must have done something useful. History always has something useful to tell us. But I doubt if he will be remembered for anything good.
