I presume you have made a copy of all your data.
Then, regarding cloning/ghosting you need to be aware that getting a bootable clone is not straightforward where the hardware is not identical.

Ideally you need to find a PC repair shop near you that might have stocks of new/used 200GB Maxtor IDE drives.
Then you can use a free cloner such as Macrium Free.
To make a bootable clone on a different size/make/spec hard disk, you may have to buy
something like Macrium Pro.
