There's an ongoing fight where the BBC is pulling all its content from third-party providers like TuneIn, because they're refusing to hand over detailed listener data (ie, identifiable).
So it works OK on Google and Amazon because they'll give your personal data to the BBC. TuneIn won't, nor will Tesla and Apple, and so the BBC has thrown its toys out of the pram and pulled the stations.
