You mean to say it blocks again even if you have only run water down it?
Does it join a drain from elsewhere? Is there another joining downstream? What is it blocking with? Have you had a cover or two up to see what you're dislodging? None of my business but it's intriguing.
Our main drain blocked soon after we moved here, with a mini fatberg. It took a long time to get to the bottom of but it turned out that tree roots further down were making it run slowly which had helped the fat and other bits to accrete. I eventually got some water company chaps working nearby to take a look and they found the tree roots and jetted them out. No problems since, and I've now removed the tree.
