Monkey bike on the M40. Stooopid! - henry k

At about noon, I came across some **** riding what looked like a 50cc monkey bike along the M40.
What a clown. These bikes are almost invisble and a trucker ( or other vehicle ) could easily wipe it out.

(I do not think it was a 125 version :-)
See and hear one on this clip. A few seconds of it on the move is all you need as the rest is just repetative.
