My MESH died in the move - bizarrely the only thing damaged in the move (it went in the back of the car) even more bizarrely it was the victim of a broken bottle of Soy Sauce - I know the Hard disk is good and I need to remove it before junking the rest of it. I have a spare ex XP machine hopefully it'll power up the old hard disk either as a slave or as the main drive. But I'm stumped - the back of the MESH is locked I never had a key with it - short of thrashing it how does one open it ?

Mesh used to have some really good, purpose made strong cases. Still got one knocking around somewhere.
Is it one of the ones with a butterfly handle with a key lock in the middle? pair of big strong mulgrips on the handle and twist.

As suggested - twist butterfly lock to break it then lift handle half way down one side of case.
