A series of photos from the tsunami and now, you've got to hand to the Japanese, they don't mess about they get on with it.

In the first collage of three photos... was the white minivan okay then? It's still there in the third photo :-) ?

I'd have left that boat on top of the house, and turned it into a theme restaurant.

The Tsunami teriyaki or something similar.

Inscrutable people the Japanese, wifey went to Japan in the 80’s, and we have many Japanese items in the house given to her as gifts such as a quite stunning model of a Geisha in full costume,

I often watch the Japanese TV channel NHK World on Freesat, as the people amaze me,
they make good cars as well.

Shame that Hirohito took them into a war that wreaked havoc on their country, and the people.
