Not sure about the ugly stick,. Its strange for sure, and its the nearest thing I have seen to a Spectrum Pursuit Vehicle (SPV) in real life so it gets a tick there!

The external view shows a big ugly wiper but the internal view seems to show 3 wipers in a propellor sort of design???

Yes.

The "pictures" are photoshop specials / artist's impressions, and not even consistent between shots.

A bit like those Commer jobs a few weeks ago (I suspect some of them existed, but not in the locations shown on the front page of the site...).
