Just thought I'd share my views on the latest gadget I've been given as part of the new job.
A really compact solar powered bluetooth handsfree kit made by LG. Now I had dismissed these before thinking they would never charge sufficiently in our weather. Well I've been using it for 3 days now, and it appears to be fine. Excellent sound quality too.
It has got a car charger lead if you get stuck, but I've not used this yet and despite the poor weather round our way the thing seems to be charging up ok.
One rather nifty feature is that you can set it to a 'dormant' power save mode which detects vibration (like opening/shutting the door) and in this mode will power up when the vibrations are felt. This way my phone then automatically pairs up as I get in.
Anyway, its made my old kit redundant and I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't have the luxury of in built handsfree in the car.
Oh and just in case-I'm NOT selling these as part of the job!!
