Are modern clutches with DMFs self adjusting and self bleeding?

All hydraulic clutches are self adjusting.

Some modern clutch covers incorporate a self adjusting mechanism, which maintains consistent pedal feel during the life of the clutch until the end of the clutch life - when the pedal will become stiff at the end of the pedal travel.

No, the clutch won't be sef bleeding, but, bleeding hydraulic systems is not a routine job, and is only needed when the system has been disturbed.
