The filters have been removed and washed as they should and when put back in the filter in the ball blows off, so removed and re fit several times it pops back in ok but do you think it needs a new filter or there's another fault?
Checked for blockages in all pipes etc and none.

Did you allow the filters to dry thoroughly before refitting?

Better tell her to be carefull in future .

Going to dry out the filters in the sun tomorrow and see if that fixes it, as it may have swelled up when wet and restrict air flow causing it to blow off.
