 The close up feature won't work - Duncan
When I try to use the 'close-up' feature on this site I just get a blank grey area. I am running a 64bit windows system. What should I do to get the close up to work?

when you click the close-up, it opens a new popup image - have you got a pop-up blocker running ?

Well, I have changed the settings in Google Chrome to allow pop-ups and it hasn't made any difference.

Is it 'Flash'? Try updating/reinstalling Flash Player.

A belated thank you for the responses to my question.

V. strange, after trying several things without any joy, I realised that the 'close-up' feature was opening up in two panels. The uppermost panel was blank - or a greyish colour all over it.

If I scrolled down to the lower panel, the closeup feature became visible. Why it is like that when it wasn't previously, I have no idea.

Anyway, thanks again for the suggestions and my apologies for not letting you know the outcome.
