My starter.
A woman driving in the rush hour with her right arm cradling a dog to her chest.
I am pretty sure she had just been at the vets. Pause for thoughts. !!!
The dog was a little smaller than a Jack Russell and she could still operate the gears with her left hand so thats alright.
I have to assume the grip on the dog was relaxed when indicaters were required or perhaps they were operated by an elbow or probably an optional extra.
IMO three points would not be enough :-(

Mind boggling a few weeks ago, car being driven on M1 contraflow by chap with child in passenger seat, grey parrot perched on driver's left arm.
New one on me, i should have mentioned that in unusual sightings.

It's a hands-free parrot - it talks into your ear but lets you keep your hands safely on the wheel .
The green ones I think don't talk.
Neither do dead parrots.

Henry was correct. It's up to the reader to make something of it.
