Good Luck to him...

....but it did make me chuckle that part of his defence was the vehicle's would be showing brake lights if they were significantly slowing after being recorded for speeding and then having photos taken...

... in both sets of photos the vehicles did have brake lights showing?

It's interesting that there aren't any painted graduation marks on the road like we have here in the UK, I thought they formed part of the legality of the two pictures?

Those cameras dont use the pictures to show speed, They are merely for identification. The speed is measured by the radar gun, which is pointing forward, the camera is pointing backwards,

A really screwy system, clearly full of holes.
