 Driving Licence QT 'Barcode' - rtj70
Noticed today that the paper counterpart of the driving licence has a QT code just above the driving licence number... so thought I'd scan it.

As expected it contains the driving licence number but also another set of numbers and letter. 17 digits pre-fix the licence number and then a letter and another 4-digits after it. Anyone know what the extra digits represent?

Or am I the only one sad enough to check out the QT code on his licence.
