 Vauxhall Vectra C - Trupart Brakes - Marc
Hi all, just ordered and received a rear brake disc and pad kit for my Vectra. The pads are Trupart branded. I've done a quick google on the company but does anyone have experience of this company's brake products? Any opinions?

never heard of the company
maybe ask them what make is in their box
i tried this with a well known manufacturer only 2 weeks ago and the reply i got was the product i got did not come out of their number 1 factory

these are his words
These are not products from our OE factories. They are a second brand and are not the same Original Equipment ***** quality.

make of that what you want,i wasnt best pleased as i was sold my product as being from the original manufacturer

if i have confused you let me put it another way i asked for brand a was told brand c was made by brand a and as good and they had it in stock,when it arrived it had no marking to say it was made by brand a hence the emails to the german company

I had a look at their website and all the parts I looked for were listed as being manufactured by Trupart. I'd be a bit wary about buying parts from a company which claimed to manufacture parts as diverse as brake discs and headlights.

Thanks for the replies. I've sent an email to them for info.

I bought a complete set of brakes for the Vectra from the same factors. I got GM discs and Delphi pads for the front and Delphi discs and Trupart pads for the rear. I'm pretty sure they'll be fine but just curious.

Is Cheddar on this board? He posted a similar question about Trupart pads a few years ago and started a heated debate about the aftermarket parts industry.

used them hundred of times they do all makes car and lcv imported thats all, nowt wrong with any we have fitted gave same performance and lasted as long pads disc track rod ens etc obviously quite a large manufacturing company . I am sure there all SAE Quality
