Ad's a bit silly, though will work with the type of target audience, social association, i like the look of that new Passat...now let's hope they've got rid of those rear indicator and stop light LED's that can't be seen in sunlight.

Have VW copied Kia's front end design.

Rear lights on the new Passat are redesigned. I quite like the look of the new Passat too. Might get one later this year. I'll try not to pick too many options but when specifying kit it's all too tempting ;-)

The Passat in the States is different to the European one too. It's cheaper and longer. And the lights are different. I think the suspension is simpler too.

I think any copying went the other way, Peter Schreyer, Kia's design boss, was poached from VAG.
