Here's one for Rattle or any early retired type who's a bit handy.

3 cottages in France with one already giving a 5+% return on your investment while you live in it and refurbish the third. Price around £80,000.

no. a lot less boring than that.
i was sat having a nice cold beer and had a heart attack.
luckily the hospital was less than 3mins away and there treatment was superb.

cant afford second houses when there is only a small income

if i remember local beer from local brewery was about30p per pint.
i dont reccomend having a heart attack at 39. knocks you back a bit.
a lot more relaxed now.
