Renault Clio III - 07 1.5 Front sidelight bulb replacement - Baz

Hi
A friend's asked me to change this on her 2007 Clio. Any advice please, is this a 5 min job or 5 hours? And bulb type? Seem to remember somebody telling me it's a bumper off job, prefer not to have that hassle!

My machanic told me he did this as a freebie once to a customer thinking it was a 5 minute job. Apparantly it took him two hours.
