Good or bad habit? - L'escargot

Just lately I've got into the habit of every morning running CCleaner followed by a full scan with my antivirus/antispyware programme. Is this a good, bad, or just plain obsessive habit?

Obsessive if you have protection from anti-virus and anti-spyware running all the time.

Could even be bad as you are more likely to get falses if you run an on demand scan every day.
