Seems to me that pursuing a driver in the hope of them 'taking the hit', not unlike car park fines,
is creeping in. I doubt whether CPS would touch it.

This cyclist is entitled to ride on the road without being endangered by ignorant drivers of motor vehicles.

Flippin' entitled motorist make my blood boil too; especially those who have not cocked their leg over a crossbar, or those who haven't ridden a bike, but gladly ignore the dangerous behaviour and indiscretions of other motor vehicle users.
