 Volkswagen - VW ID3 - SLO76
Just picked up SWMBO’s 72 plate VW ID3 from the local main dealer after its first (and free) Mot - not somewhere I’d typically go for a test. But it’s passed with only an advisory for rear tyre wear, thanks to her indoors having a bit of an enthusiastic driving style. No issues with the car to date.

It cost less than an equivalent Golf to buy, it’s as big as a Passat inside and it costs buttons to run. These really are genuinely good family workhorses. Hopefully it’ll be staying with us longterm.

Jeez that's a depressing advert, looks like something from the 80s.
It’s got front speakers and power assisted steering!!
Wow!

Mine’s the same age. Just been through MOT with no problems. All I have had done is one service in 3 years. Does everything I really need from a car. Not othered by range anxiety - Have driven as far as Scotland and Belgium with no charging issues.

Software was a bit buggy when first released but now it’s fine. Make sure yours is on version 3.8
