I need to fire off a complaint to his office before I take further action.
Can anyone supply a current address ?

In a week I went from being very impressed with their service to being messed about by their lack of communication, poor data system, them talking garbage about security etc.

In effect they just walked of the job and silence followed.
I am in a catch 22 situation.
The irony is if they just come back I alone can sort out the simple problem that stopped them completing their task.

Yet again i need to contact a CEO to kick butts and sort things out.
