Spent ten minutes this afternoon fighting with a benefit checking tool that stubbornly told me no current or previous year income for my client's Tax Credits has been entered. When I was on the income worksheet tab the numbers were staring me in the face.
Eventually twigged I'd put £25,000 pa in the description box and left the income box as £0.00.
