I bought 4 boxes of Diet Coke from Amazon over Black Friday in November 24 because it was about £6 a box and not £10 like in Sainsbury.
Amazon had a price promise that if the price reduced then they would refund the difference.
Buying 4 boxes kicked in some other discounts.
Apparently the price reduced but knocked the other discounts off leaving me with 4 extra charges on my credit card this morning. These are not refunds.
I've been on to web chat with customer services and got them to call me back but with no luck in getting them to understand that I should be owed money or be in a net zero position but with no luck. It's a case of "computer says no".
Of course there is the possibility of disputing the charges, but Amazon have been known to ban users for that.

They were the right price at the time, with bulk buy discounts. As far as I can ascertain, the price dropped below the discount threshold so in refunding me, I now owe more.

Mine too up until this. Even refunding on courier collection of returns.
>> Unfortunately addicted to the stuff!

I know the feeling. I visit my mum in a Skipton care home 3+ times a week. Free bus from my place, and I always end up in the Boathouse for two pints of Tiller Pin @ £3.80. It’s a habit I can’t kick.

Lol
Sounds better than cola, unfortunately I missed today's trip to see my folks as Mrs Z has the flu and in case I have picked it up, I don't want to risk passing it on.
There is a pub 15 minutes walk from them but it's one of those "Sizzling" sports bars now and not to my taste.

How long's the bus journey? With my bladder, that would be a major consideration.
