Last 24 hours and driver madness - wotspur
In just the last 24 hours I’ve experienced 3 potential incidents .
Driving from Brooklands towards Weybridge station around 5 pm , there is a road on the right , which has 3 signs prior to arriving that declares NO RIGHT TURN , Sadly a Tesla driver didn’t signal, , just stopped and turned , almost having a lorry go into him and me into the lorry - who would have been classified as causing the accident , should I have hit the lorry , as the lorry hit the car making an illegal turn ??
Then later in the evening around 8pm , I pulled away from a friends house in a normal residential street , having looked in rear view mirror and wing mirror , and seeing nothing I pulled out , to a massive blast from a horn . When I got out to see what happened the driver of a black car was blasting me ,till I pointed out he didn’t have any lights on at all - let alone headlights
Then this morning , I was turning right at a mini roundabout, heading towards Morrisons in weybridge , I noticed a car to the right , in the left of two lanes , so I pulled away , only for said car , to almost hit my rear door as they came across and turned right
Thankfully I don’t need to go out any more today -

Our first flat together in Harrow was on a corner with a no right turn sign.

Whether out of lack of observation or deliberate action a failure to obey was near daily.

Accidents occurred not when people turned but when, having nearly done, so they observed the sign late and pulled left into the path of vehicles passing.
