Octopus dispute…
So Miss Z got this corrected and got a correct bill for the correct meter.
Now they have reversed this and given her a £6k bill for a small one bedroom flat and a final demand stating that they will impact her credit rating if she doesn’t pay it within 7 days!
The meter bill states it’s a smart meter but the number has changed from the previous bill and is clearly a different meter.
Octopus seem great when everything works but not so good when there are problems matching the meter to the property / getting the meter correct!
