Our family have been caught out by "installation" - only works when you want it plugged into a 13 amp socket - many kitchens now have a requirement to cut of the plug & connect the cable to the faceplate. Currys etc do not do that their £30 installation is connecting water supply & plugging in the 13amp! A 5 minute job!
