I was actually looking for a different Beeb article which I read earlier which had more computery stuff which is causing clime issues but I couldn't find it. As far as I remember, stream in SD not HD turn off video during long calls, send less emails but there were, I think, 10 points

*On second thoughts, don't bother... :-)
