I’m sure this is an easy question ,but as the TFL hotline is only open 8-8pm , and by the time I got thru all the Press 1 for this and 2 for that, they were shut .
Today I had the misfortune to have to enter the congestion zone charge for the first time in over 2 years .
I have been on the automatic payment scheme , do I have to do anything as the account has been unused , I don’t want to wake up tomorrow and find I needed to do something and get a penalty notice .
Does the monies get taken at midnight ??
