 E-bay first world problem - bathtub tom
I sold an item, collection only, payment on collection. All went well, except the buyer's getting repeated rquests to leave feedback, but reckons they can't until I state payment has been received. I can't see how to do that. I can reply to their messages, send messages, send an invoice and send feedback on them, but not say payment's complete.
Any suggestions welcome.

I believe the seller has to mark it as payment sent, which will then add payment received to your options.

The seller?? Are you sure it's not the buyer?

Would that only apply to paypal? The buyer has now left feedback, so problem resolved.

I don't really know, I just read it in some help text somewhere :-) Pretty sure it was eBay though, not PayPal..
