Just out of interest did anyone else watch that series, about Brisca F1 Stock Cars in the 2009 season?
I just wondered becuase I was reading some of their forums and they were all singing its prasises, but I felt quite uncomfortable with it... the sport came across as being ruled by b****iness and with a great fault line down the middle... which isn't what I remember from the 70s when I watched the "older" Smiths and Wainmens racing, or when I had a go in the 80s...
Perhaps they just concentrated too much on this aspect... I suppose it made good "viewing"?
