 Toyota - RAV 4 - Terry
Saw a new one the other day in a car park. Obviously an upmarket end of the range hybrid, white with gloss black wheels, privacy glass and gloss black roof and pillars.

I can't comment on reliability, performance, driving experience etc which I know are generally highly regarded - but I have rarely seen such a truly ugly vehicle.

A fantasy 4WD or SUV shape penned by a 8 year old with almost no artistic talent? A Wartburg or Lada for the 21st century?

It is a bit 'marmite' but I like it. If you don't like the looks you could try the similar-sized new Suzuki Across :-)

Same car with a different front & back end will be on sale in the autumn

Suzuki Across is the new kid on the block ............... Suzuki run offers a lot more often than Toyota - so it might be possible to get a Toyota at a Suzuki price.

Had a look at one of the new RAV4s. I like the outside styling.

The inside, where you spend most time, was dark and felt very small.

The design appeared to be a bit dis-jointed - like lots of different designers were used for each part.
