Just been to see this, essentially its about GCHQ analyst & whistleblower Katharine Gun who leaked a document about Gulf War II and the infamous WOMD

Can say too much without ruining the gist for those who may watch it, but its very very good indeed.

Within the last year I got, for less than £5, a DVD of the CH4 program on Dr Kelly.
I have been looking out for a further copy for a friend.
The only one I can find is £76.99. :-(

There has very recently been a new book on the events.
