SEAT Alhambra - Problem with car keys - wotspur

Ok long story, but my son slammed the front door , catching my car key in the door and snapping it in half . I managed to open the door and turn the ignition but the Coil sign came on , I assume that’s the immobiliser and it died .
I went to Seat ( it’s an 09 Alhambra ) the price at 173 was actually less than I thought but 5/7 days is a bit awkward .
Does anyone have a quicker solution , and before you ask , no I don’t have a spare
