They can always use their Visa cards.

As I will be doing in future, instead of using PayPal.

There you go then. Problem sorted.

Somebody's making a bomb out of it.

I'd like to see more Palestinian produce available for sale in UK supermarkets.
Being a health crank I use black seed oil, which I see is available on the bay of E - allegedly grown in Jenin in the West Bank but, the seller is in ... London [Don't believe anything you hear, and only half of what you see]

Had to look it up! Apparently also known as kalonji, or black onion seed - I have a small jar of it. Just noticed it's use by date - 2013! Use it (occasionally)in an aubergine recipe, with garlic, tomatoes fennel seed, ginger etc.

I did think about that actually. I buy a lot of 'stuff' from eBay, and have a feedback rating of 417/100%.
Presumably one has to pay for most items using PP.

It was announced on September 30, 2014, that eBay would spin off PayPal into a separate publicly traded company, a move demanded in 2013 by activist hedge fund magnate Carl Icahn. The spin-off was completed on July 18, 2015. Dan Schulman is the current President and CEO, with former eBay CEO John Donahoe serving as chairman.

What reason do they give?

I don't know their reason, you can read more about it if you click the links.

I can't get Uber here, nor can I shop in Bass Pro, and one of my credit cards isn't wireless. Is that discrimination against me?
Seems to me it's all too easy to say it's discrimination when there might well be perfectly good business reasons...

Your last link, Dog, rings Avast alarm bells on my PC.

Tis okay with my Panda, John Boy.

I think my learned friend will find that Israeli settlers in the West Bank can use PayPal, but Palestinians can't.
|
Wrong.
Anybody with an account at a recognised bank may, anybody who does not have such an account may not.
Irrespective of any race, religion, culture, etc. etc.
It is true that Paypal does not recoognise any Palestinian Bank.
Any Israeli, or Martian or anything else, who uses PayPal in Palestine has an account at a recognised bank. There is no exemption made for Israel settlers or Palestinian residents.

PayPal works from my armchair but I don't use it, am I discriminating against PayPal? I don't do second hand offence.
|
Pay pal is expensive in respect of merchant fees to the seller. One of my car clubs actually changed it's articles to get lower fees.

I thought PayPal was getting a mate to pick you up from t'pub when ewe were blathered
