I read online that according to the New York Times, the Philistines had an evolved culture subsequently described, and traduced, by their traditional enemies.

Of course, I didn't need this assurance myself. I've always known that we looked perfectly all right to people (apart from Herself) of goodwill and intelligence.

Quite so PeterS

'Ripped' isn't necessarily meaning huge muscles, just well toned with at least a decent 6 pack. Last time I had a 6 pack was when I smoked, and I gave up that habit aged 12, progressing onto Henri Wintermans until I was 15!

The only 6 pack I'm familiar with now is bottles of beer on holiday ( I don't drink alcohol chez LL)
