Yes, there will be bargains for some - those people with guaranteed incomes and no worries about their continuing employment - as demand falls, prices of essentials rise and desperate businesses sell for whatever they can get.
Fuel may not last long enough to worry about but tyre prices will rise soon too. Michelins in the LEC's size are about £95 at the moment; when the oil price was higher they were £135, and the rise in the dollar means they'll be heading back that way.
