I have, a couple of different approaches, but the performance I get through them is absolutely awful.

The internet service here is a problem. From a technology point of view its very good, but as always they've built the minimum possible and so contention is a nightmare.

Secondly Chileans don't expect good service from anything or anyone. consequently they'll whinge but not actually ever change supplier. Thus the Telcos don't invest in service quality standards.

If you do telephone to complain;

the person you speak to will not understand the issues

they will fob you off with some rubbish story (which your average Chilean will *always* accept)

they see no reason to solve a problem, simply to make it go away for now.
