Hi all. I updated Google yesterday as the App Store advised of such things. The screen icon has now gone a very dark blue and will not open Google search at all. I can go in via the App Store icon but not direct. Any thoughts please?

delete the app, shut down and restart the pad, and reinstall the app.

When I hold one of the icons to make them shake, delete (the X) does not appear on the Google icon!

Like all computers, a restart usually does the trick.
