A traffic warden has resigned after a video of her putting a ticket on a Manchester taxi involved in an accident went viral.

In another online paper, it's claimed that the cabbie "assulted" the warden when she tried to stop him filming her. A passer by stepped in and jumped to the defence of the traffic warden without finding out the facts and threatened the cabbie.
