Saw the lady on Jonathan Ross's sofa after getting back here this evening. She's a hard piece but well turned-out and oddly personable. Even allowed the pratfall to be mentioned, albeit briefly. I almost feel sorry about badmouthing her, calling her a stringy old babe and so on. Perhaps I'm becoming a sentimentalist in my early middle age.
But what's been happening to Ross? Looks as if he's put on five stone and thirty years since he last graced our screens. And is that, cough, a rug? Looks very like it.
I speak as one who had to wash his hair with soap this morning, the sister-in-law having failed to leave anything in the bathroom I could identify as shampoo. Honestly people are so inconsiderate.
