Has anyone used an online design service often referred to I think, as Design Crowd where you pay up front and then get a choice of designs. I think that's how it works anyway.

The testimonials are well worth reading. They vary in detail, some virtually describe the whole process, but all show the price paid. I got the impression that there are some very hungry designers out there.
