Handsome beast isn't it? Vauxhalls were preferred by some to Bentleys in those days, lighter and more delicate. Some were very fast although not that one I think.
Many years ago I was admiring a magnificent old Vauxhall - older than that, Prince Henry was it called? - in Portland Place when the owner turned up and talked to me about it a bit. He turned out to be Laurence Pomeroy.
