Just a tip for all those who are thinking about getting fibre to the cabinet.
It appears that the cabinets have limited capacity so once sold out that's it!
My ex has just missed out, the service was advertised as available for several months now it is no longer available. On enquiring with several suppliers they all confirm that the local cabinet is full.
1mb in 2014 is not acceptable!

I've got 6 Meg through copper.
Try one of these, cheap and easy to fit and got my provider off my back suggesting I should put router on master socket (no power in same room).
