This low life killed a policeman doing his job with a weapon. How come if the weapon has wheels it is not murder?

Murder = a degree of pre meditation

Manslaughter would be more likely..but..in motoring cases even reckless is difficult to prove.

If you wanted to bump someone off, drive over them and say it was an accident.

He'd probably successfully sue for harassment...although Legal Aid is being tightened up, so maybe that might change.
