Who ate all the pies?
Why - people north of Watford, of course. Copeland in Cumbria has got more fatties than anywhere else.

Just saw a bit on the local news about this. Mentioned Milton Keynes as the local fatty capital.

Kensington & Chelsea has the cutest, sveltest population in the country.
Now that herself and I have left, it must be a matter of Oligarchs' cuties. The place is definitely coming down in the world.
Down here in Sussex we are more, er, comfortable...

Out by myself yesterday for a dental appointment, I snuck a Gregg's corned beef pastie. Bliss and only £1.10.
Guilty pleasures rule!

My dentist is a "fragrant" lady and highly fanciable!
I would not dream of blowing pastie laden breath in her direction!
Mind you, @ forty nine quid for a bit of filling to come next week, it was an expensive trip. I needed comfort food!

Is that all? Mine charge £87, and that's with a 20% discount for being in a dental care plan.

As it happens I had a few to nibble in the car yesterday.
Be prepared in bad weather I always say.

As the majority of the really proper pies come from Yorkshire, surely the locals must get a mention..? :-)
