 Toyota Corolla and Verso - 06 2.0 starting problem when warm - p/h pete
corolla diesel 2.0 D4D will start from cold without any problem,when warm it takes 20 -30s to start sometimes longer and is getting worse.glow plugs are good, maf sensor has been cleaned,scv on pump has been changed.no fault codes shown on a basic tester, any ideas gratefully received

You need to be able to check fuel pressure and coolant temperature on live data when engine warm.Not sure if your basic tester will do this.Could even be a sticky egr valve.hth
