What's going on here?
If this hydro scheme is providing power at below normal costs, surely the Queen is the last person who should be benefiting and it should be going to poor households in the area (yes, there are plenty)? If it costs more to produce electricity than normal providers, what's the point?
The article doesn't say, so is this just another case of the BBC's relentless publication of royal stories just to keep them in the headlines?
